Only point of disagreement- You Deserve Better. Personally, I’ve been at the giving and receiving end of this three-word phrase on multiple occasions, but its never helped get rid of the baggage that it a hurt heart.

I’m going to stop saying — “You Deserve Better”

But apart from that, would love to convince my soul sister who’s in a similar state- “ Because you are choosing this, whether you admit it or not.”
